Lee Parbery
Lee is an experienced solicitor who has specialised in corporate tax for over 20 years. Lee’s principal focus is advising on the tax issues that arise on corporate transactions together with the tax-related documentation for such transactions and also on real estate transactions. In particular, Lee specialises in stamp duty land tax having advised extensively on all aspects of the tax since its introduction in 2003 and in the VAT related issues that arise on property transactions.
Lee previously worked at Womble Bond Dickinson and its predecessor firms where his practice encompassed advising on business tax for corporate and private clients (both in the owner-managed business sector and institutional/quoted clients) across a range of sectors but with a particular focus on the real estate sector.
